As a reminder, effective January 1, 2025, the Health Fund moved to the Aetna Premium Choice Network (APCN). To ensure your provider is in the Network, visit Aetna DocFind to review the “Aetna Premier Care Network (APCN)- Choice POS II/Open Access Managed Choice” providers listed.
